Lingcod Season Heats Up at Possession Bar

Lingcod season has been off to an incredible start this year, with non-stop action, cooperative weather, and an awesome crew of customers joining us on the water. The conditions have been just right. The calm seas, clear skies, and plenty of hungry lingcod ready to bite. It’s been a thrill to see so many happy anglers reeling in quality fish and creating lasting memories aboard our charters.

Our go-to hotspot this season has been Possession Bar, which continues to produce time and time again. The bait of choice? Sand dabs, hands down. They’ve proven to be irresistible to the lings, delivering consistent results throughout the day. After this trip, we decided to focus on salmon trips, but if anyone reached out to go Lingcod fishing, we’d definitely would take the trip before the end of the Lingcod season which ends June 15th.
